Once our lab completes your test analysis, your health report with your results and action plan can be found inside the Mohana application.

Cancellations

Mohana does not accept cancellations once you have placed an order. In order to serve our customers the best, we guarantee all orders to be processed and shipped within 1 business day. Due to prompt fulfillment and shipping process, once your order is placed, our physicians review your information, and create a lab order for you. Once this lab order is created, our laboratory begins assembling your biomarker tests right away.

Refunds

Mohana does not offer any refunds for your lab tests due to the reasons explained under our cancellation policy. However, we are happy to offer a full refund of your membership fee if you have completed 3 months of Mohana's program and do not notice any improvements in your symptoms. For us to validate that you followed the program and implemented our recommendations, we kindly ask you to make sure to track your daily actions inside the app.
